Class styles vary, including traditional Hot 90 (Bikram’s sequence), Yoga Nidra, Yin, Flow, Hot Pilates, Kundalini, Level 2, and Yin. Every day of the week at 12:00 is the popular Hot 60, a great way to make the most of every minute of the lunch break! Ready to try something new? YogaLab, Saturday evening at 18:00 is your opportunity to explore and experiment, with a different class or Workshop every week.
